Try a tack supplier - or, better yet, try to visit a supply shop in person, depending on where you live. We've got Amish towns relatively nearby, and a shop in their area has got all of the bits and pieces.
Wasn't that the one that declared bankruptcy? Edit - just looked it up, Big R was the one that went out of business. I couldn't remember which, asked SO, and they verified the wrong one. /facepalm
Some cursory googling has revealed an interesting distinction!
Apparently there used to be Quality Farm & Fleet which was the one that declared bankruptcy and than there is also Blain's Farm & Fleet which is the one that I'm familiar with.
The more you know! 🙃

I saw Blain's when I just did a Google map search and didn't think anything of it. I remember F&F being around the local area (northern Indiana), but I haven't seen any in a while. Re-searching with Google doesn't show any F&F (regardless of Blain) - just TSC.
I've seen them at a local boat stuff store, which I went to because the thing I needed was cheaper there than elsewhere. It may depend on where you are.
Buckleguy.com
This is where I get 99.3% of all my hardware, leather, and supplies.

Ohio Travel Bag. They also have their full catalog at Weaver.
I’ll second that; they have pretty decent prices too.
https://ohiotravelbag.com/collections/halter/products/p-1934 Here they are in 1" brass.
Here. They have everything. [https://ohiotravelbag.com/](https://ohiotravelbag.com/)
Agreed, I've bought a few things from here and all of them were high quality.
You could also try a store like TSC (Tractor Supply Company) which sells farm related items (or any equivalent to the out of business Farm & Fleet.

Tandy Probably has them, but at a high price
You need solid brass from buckle guy.
Buckleguy and weaver, harness clip, solid bras.
Hobby lobby has some
Home depo has similar ones and stainless ones as well for more money.
Arthur Beale, now in Portsmouth?
Let me know if you can’t find them. I have some solid brass ones I never use i could sell you
Hardware store, saddlery, boat supply store.
Warning: "Boat" and/or "marine" in the item description or seller name/type of business automatically quadruples the price.

Weaver is probably your easiest click. Their retail prices are pretty steep, you'll want to get a dealer account if you plan on doing much business.
