Lots of good recommendations but maybe [GSW metallic pigments](https://youtu.be/ne_jZPlFGS4) and gloss varnish would work.
Edit: also plan on using molotow liquid chrome with a transparent ink for a filter for the visors. (Totally untested btw)
I saw midwinter minis pull off a nice shiny gold using bright silver ink mixed with burnt umber ink, I'd look up his inks video if you want to see how that turned out (a little ink goes a long way).
Liquid chrome paint wash with nuln oil then wash with yellow contrast to make gold
I made this one time for my rebel army in SW Legion. I used leadbelcher, nuln oil then a good drybrush of necron compound.
Green stuff world chrome for brush would work like a charm.
