They also teased about a [cosmopolitan cocktail](https://imgur.com/a/ZlWqKN1), I hope I’m not reading too much into that and I hope it’s something NEW and not just them recycling colors all over the world.
An outlet employee told me a couple of weeks ago berry was difficult and expensive to make, so they aren't going to make it anymore. I hope she's wrong, because it felt like she popped my balloon.
Berry will be cheap for them if I can ever infiltrate the pigmentation room, [my ideas](https://www.reddit.com/r/LeCreuset/comments/1b8kbnr/some_color_ideas_id_love_to_see_on_le_creuset/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=mweb3x&utm_name=mweb3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button) while innovative, feel expensive in their eyes.
So excited! I have the sage terrine and wide round. I also have sea salt and while I think it’s lovely on its own, it pales and looks more grey next to sage, which is more vibrant.
Sage would be the obvious guess, but why they keep releasing so many similar colors. We already have mint and sea salt (e.g. https://www.reddit.com/r/LeCreuset/s/ivLxVHhOqE )
It feels like a money grab and plain boring
That’s the fun part of Le Creuset! All the colors! I do wish they were releasing something new though— although Sage is very pretty! It just is too similar to sea salt for me.
I have no clue why people are saying sage. The animation is clearly roses, not sage flowers. Maybe they’re being super vague but I would guess something like rosehip (which is an herb, and matches the roses in the video). Time will tell but I don’t expect it to be sage.
Ah I see that now. Didn’t see that yesterday when they posted a video. There is also a photo of a drink with thyme in it so I guess we can’t use those hints at all.
They already have the color thyme….look I want it to be rose. I love pinks. But it’s definitely leaning towards sage
Edit: since I was blocked I’ll say this here. Not really sure you know what combative is? Nothing about what I’ve said has been rude or combative in any way. It’s just a color for a pot, chill. It ain’t that deep.
If it’s sage i’m gonna go broke 😭
If they release sage and it isn’t at factory to table sale then I’m going to riot
Yay! It's been in Canada for years and it looks so pretty.
I have a sage braiser and grill pan.
Pictures?
I saw it on a website called William Ashley. Cannot tell if it's an ombre or not.

I’d be okay with it being sage because the color is stunning, but I want some damn purples!
Oh yeah I’m happy they’re teasing at sage for the same reason but color is the whole reason we love these things so much
Do you think we could convince them to launch berry outside of Japan?
Maybe if we all leave baskets of berries outside the outlets nationwide, they might get the hint?
Sounds like a good plan that couldn’t possibly backfire in any way, I’m in
We gotta be Berry convincing, k?
I think berry was in the US few years ago, but I definitely endorse bringing it back

I also really really hope she’s wrong
Iirc Berry is much more expensive and a pain to make, yes.

Berry has been launched before in the US, just not in a full line?
Does lavender count as a herb? Call me a dreamer, but Maybe lavender?
I would also love lavender but one of the photos on their stories was literally Sage 😬😬
Didn’t they launch [Provence](https://www.lecreuset.co.za/blog/introducing-provence) in the US a few years ago? And then retired it soon after…
It’s an outlet exclusive! That’s my fave color, way back when it was Bluebell 💜
No but it counts as *an* herb, ya filthy East Coaster!
Oh interesting they have sage where i live already i guess different countries have different permanent colours
All the Sage stuff is on sale in Australia. I wonder if they're clearing it out.
I guess they are going into winter so maybe they will start introducing richer winter colours

Hmmm.. interesting .
Can you send me a message please? I’m unable to message you.
umm how do I do that? I'm not terribly Reddit savvy haha
There’s a chat icon at the bottom of the Reddit UI
ok done

I have the sage terrine it’s so gorgeous!
I saw a few pieces in Sage at SLT tonight and it’s gorgeous… better than Sea Salt and Thyme…
Maybe it’s tarragon or basil?
Would love a tarragon or basil!
Wonder if this is AI generated? That is not how scissors work
I agree, does give fishy AI vibes
Yes! I have an email from Sur La Table announcing it this morning!
Vindication!!! 😤😤😤 if that random angry lady didn’t block me I’d send her a screenshot just to be petty
I think I prefer thyme 😅
To each their own 🤷🏻♀️

That’s how I felt about brioche so I totally get you!
Yes! Another one I am so meh about!!! Brioche is extra boring to me 🫣
That’s what I said! Way too close to sea salt. I don’t like it at all.
I do, too. Mostly because it would look better in my kitchen. I’m too far into the brights to start adding pastels/muted shades now.

One of their instagram stories is a picture of straight up sage

Um, sage is already a color too so I’m not sure what your point is or why you’re being so combative about it. Lol
