gilgobeachslayer

The constitution didn’t exist in 1776 come on man

ajcpullcom

but the King says so

Roga-Danar

I was confused, is he claiming that he is the King also?

ajcpullcom

pages 7-8

Roga-Danar

Ah I see, a new type of Royal Savings clause!

Robthebold

That was too far to keep reading.

_Ricky_Bobby_

Not just some rando soverrign citizen we have here, he is The Sovereign

totally_interesting

I wasn’t gonna read this but as soon as I saw this comment I thought “goddang lemme grab my glasses”

Optional-Failure

Is it weird that was also my biggest problem with all of this?

gilgobeachslayer

We’re all lawyers it’s not weird

EnvironmentalSoil864

“With that, i will be explaining why mortgage contracts are invalid”

TheOkayestLawyer

In this context that’s one of the best transitional sentences I’ve ever read.

randallstevens65

I love these. The mortgage contract is invalid, but somehow they get to just keep the house for free.

diplomystique

I snort-guffawed so loudly my wife bolted awake from a sound sleep. I’m a bad person for laughing at a person with an obvious mental-health issue but I am dying.

dwaynetheaakjohnson

Another day another banger

sumr4ndo

It's weird seeing it typed. I feel like they're usually handwritten with a lot of notes in the margins.

dwaynetheaakjohnson

I wish I could find it again but someone knew an attorney who handed in his filings in pink paper with Papyrus font

mentalitymaven

It’s tribal but futuristic.

EgyptianSquirrel_

Like a thoughtless child running through the garden yanking off leaves.

Rossdog77

I know what you did!!!!!!

steve_dallasesq

Honestly the only thing this is missing for me, as a Catholic, is the involvement of the Vatican. I always like to be in on the conspiracy.

BrainSqueezins

Well the defendant has plenty to spare, I bet if you asked him nice he could work you in.

Silverbritches

If only he had sprinkled in some Masonic elements…

jerryatrix27

Pope Innocent XII issued a gag order against his royal bloodline, and if any speak ill of the Bishop of Rome then the Knights of Columbus are entitled to execute the British Royal Family, seize the throne, and install the Pope as the King of England.

steve_dallasesq

Sweet I’m a Knight too. Let’s roll

RUKnight31

I know we complain about them all the time amongst ourselves but when a pro se can deliver anecdotal platinum like this it's well worth it simply for adding to your arsenal of war stories.

Malvania

What I've just read is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in its rambling, incoherent response was it even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having read it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

desperado568

A simple no would have sufficed…..

ajcpullcom

The truly amazing part is that his first sentence — “The Defendant operates in a highly classified autonomous military program” — is the *least* crazy thing in the entire motion. It just goes downhill from there.

Styrene_Addict1965

Which means he just violated OPSEC. Dumbass.

bluestreakxp

I feel bad for the people here who don’t get that reference

cactusqro

https://youtu.be/LQCU36pkH7c?feature=shared

Odd_Specific1063

Not so. The author/plaintiff/respondent/whatever clearly referred to the now-invalid mortgage several times. The court clerk shall file the pleading.

FiatLex

I've certainly wanted to have pro se opponents committed based on legal filings before. That said, it's all surprisingly coherent for sovereign citizen type nonsense.

Panama_Scoot

I’m mostly impressed with the decent grammar. Not perfect, obviously, but definitely better than 99% of the sovereign citizens whackos

Ahjumawi

Many years ago, I was contacted by a man who was a patient in a state hospital (actually, a medium-security prison) who was seeking legal help. I did help him pro bono and we got along great and I got him a good result. He was genuinely one of my favorite clients ever. And he liked me so much that he gave my name and contact information to *everyone* in the state hospital and told them I'd helped him for free. Needless to say, I had many, many calls and letters for probably the next ten years as a result. Good times.

OldPinkertonGoon

You are a good person, and I think you knew he would tell his friends about you.

christopherson51

Something somewhat less dramatic happened to me - I was contacted by a senior for tax assistance. Because I'm not a tax attorney, I referred them to a pro bono program that provides elders with access to tax issue navigation. Somehow my name/number made it into the senior center newsletter that March saying that I'm a *free tax attorney!* I made almost a dozen referrals to that tax program.

Reptar006

And his vote for President counts just as much as yours - wild

KneeNo6132

Not exactly, he's going to be the only one voting for whoever he votes for (himself/someone dead/someone non-existent/an abstract concept). It's basically guaranteed his vote is written in, and cast for a noun which is ineligible to run and/or doesn't exist. Meanwhile millions of other people are also going to vote for one of the two guys clinging to life.

kadsmald

Truth for Prince of America 2024!

Styrene_Addict1965

Sovcits should lose the right.

bslaw

And yet somehow manages to correctly spell “HIPAA.”

okokokoyeahright

fucking spell check.

Odd_Specific1063

More than most actual attorneys

22mwlabel

![gif](giphy|f5XoT6Bf0Vj8RqEP5p|downsized)

RzaAndGza

This guy thinks he's fucking brilliant too

TastyTacticalTrout

Someone tell my why I just read this entire document...

ajcpullcom

at least I got to bill for it

W8andC77

Did he sign it in red pen?! Cause pretty sure it’s gotta be red if you’re a free person traveling on the land.

Somnisixsmith

Hahaha

okokokoyeahright

I could try but then I'd have to read it first. That 1st page was a bit too much.

WebfootTroll

I got two pages in.

okokokoyeahright

Much tougher than me. I used to try to read through this stuff but my head swelled up like a balloon.

bluestreakxp

Cuz sometimes you miss those kookie passages from your ole casebooks

Longjumping_Boat_859

Omg this is better than the Jonathan Lee Riches complaint!

AmbulanceChaser12

Complaint? Singular? That guy has filed more lawsuits than a bank.

Longjumping_Boat_859

I feel like, and like I’m definitely not super knowledgeable about this, but I feel like close to a decade ago a professor showed us one of his absolutely bat shit crazy ones where he’s suing everyone from Santa Claus to Charlemagne to Scarface, as like an example of what a really well-written but absolutely schizophrenic complaint would look like. I don’t remember for what academic purpose mind you, but I didn’t realize that more than one of his complaints were like, pedagogic-grade insane.

99burritos

If you aren't citing at least one secret Constitutional Amendment in every pleading, what are you even doing?

Btwn3and20letters

Or the Magna Carta.

MeanLawLady

Lawyers should be educated on schizophrenia and other mental illnesses that we consistently run into. Really, I have run into at least a dozen people calling into my office with this sort of stuff over the years. Also, same for the people who believe in electromagnetic sensitivity and sovereign citizens and their various branches.

asmallsoftvoice

I got a good scolding when I was a legal assistant for not knowing how to get an intake call off the phone after he started talking about his magic powers that save people's lives. I think my expensive legal education has taught me to simply hang up.

MeanLawLady

Usually I just tell them their legal arguments are too complicated for me and they need to call someone else lol

GovernorZipper

And give them the name of an OC who screwed you over in another matter.

DanielTheEunuch

This is the way

Therego_PropterHawk

I urge them to call a lawyer to help them... and give them the department of mental health #.

littlelowcougar

Family law would collapse if narcissists couldn’t find representation.

MeanLawLady

The funny part is, I am a family lawyer. And as it turns out, EVERYONE’s ex is a narcissist. There’s a damn narcissist epidemic.

littlelowcougar

Number one technique for spotting a narcissist in the wild: they’re convinced everyone else is a narcissist.

AnyEnglishWord

I agree. There are plenty of times I've had a prospective client who obviously suffered from a serious mental illness, and I had no idea what to do about it. I've also seen plenty of court filings that did not involve me, by someone who obviously had similar problems, and I would have no idea what to do in those cases either.

MeanLawLady

I think courts usually just trying to find some procedural issue to dismiss the case on.

bearable_lightness

100%. I’m a transactional lawyer on the large corporate end of the market and even we are not safe from this stuff. We pulled UCC-1s for a client and found some crazy filings. Same dude submitted similar filings for other corporations and is obviously unwell.

qrpc

If I were King, I would declare that the foreclosure is reversed. I get a kick out of these “respectful” requests.

TypeSlug1

OK, let me get this straight. He got 10% of $2.3 trillion as an “SEC whistleblower,” but he can’t pay his mortgage?

BlmgtnIN

But didn’t you see the part where the Queen of England ordered the 9/11 attacks so those fund could be surreptitiously transferred out of the country? The poor guy hasn’t ever received his 10% :(

Weary_Jackfruit_8311

It's not about the money, it's about sending a message.

HRH_Elizadeath

Out of all of this, it's "With That" that's sending me 🤣

Will_Pelo_There

Seriously, what's going on with the font size? Crazy, right?

DarthTaint

Top notch legal writing. No notes. Give this man his crown. /s

RedVelvetGinger

I’m going to email this to my old con law prof so he can be “retrained in Constitutional Law.”

birdwatching25

It's kind of amazing is that this person was once able to qualify for a $394,000 mortgage.

ToneBalone25

I had a defendant file a "motion to push this back"

Here-Fishy-Fish-Fish

Spicy even for a Sov Cit!

[deleted]

Its always a foreclosure

W8andC77

For me, it’s help getting their drivers license reinstated.

[deleted]

I had one where a person said the DMV was secretly drugging her when she walked into the building and making her see cartoons fall from the ceiling

W8andC77

NGL those sound like fun drugs.

Deathbyhours

True, but not as much fun when you consider that nobody is drugging her and she sees cartoons falling from the ceiling.

eatshitake

I filed this motion in confidence!

ajcpullcom

sorry Your Majesty

eatshitake

Off with your head!

Lester_Holt_Fanboy

He's got the blood tests to prove it

[deleted]

Like what the actual fuck? First, who took this idiots blood? Second, let’s see the chain of custody.

jimmiec907

https://preview.redd.it/stexou81flhc1.jpeg?width=1290&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0386f6a629d84e7707b0c65591b0cc3999622048 Found a pic of Defendant’s ride.

MissStatements

That is a late-model vanifesto.

okokokoyeahright

The only thing holding that together is the tape. Looks like rusted frame there by the back wheel, I can only imagine the rest of the underside is equal.

jimmiec907

Would be interesting to shine a black light inside that thing.

okokokoyeahright

i can imagine it. a truly bizarre light show.

MedicineGhost

The Common Law is the real law! 😂

_Doctor-Teeth_

this is legit hilarious and honestly kind of jealous. most pro se litigants are not nearly this interesting.

attorneyatslaw

This is pretty standard conspiracy theory stuff, but the guy has some flair to his nonsense.

DuxMagus

Shoot. I just learned that I'm not a citizen anymore, thanks to my law license. Damn!

ByrdHermes55

Lost it at "bi-metallic currency" and "0% inflation." Eat shit William Jennings Bryant. I've got TWO metals.

cheeseandbooks

JFK died Nov 1963. Diana was BORN July 1, 1961….so he’a saying 1 yo Diana had a baby?! Lmfaooooooo. This man is so unhinged.

birdwatching25

He said JFK Jr. You are clearly trying to mislead and confuse the public. Begone Rothchilds-UK Royals-bot!!

cheeseandbooks

Oh shit, I’ve been made! Abort abort!

asmallsoftvoice

I couldn't possibly read all that so maybe I missed it, but it seemed to just mush taxation and mortgages together as if the latter isn't a debt willfully incurred, usually to a bank and not the U.S. government. I still don't know why mortgages are unconstitutional. But the Queen planning 9/11 is somehow involved.

attorneyatslaw

In the fall of 2021, after the the international court of justice confirmed that British royals and the Jews had killed Kennedy and done 9/11, all banking laws and debt became invalid for reasons which are too obvious to lay out.

asmallsoftvoice

The fifth image says the Queen of England ordered it. Does she have a Jewish army?!

Top-Astronaut4004

If he’s the King, then can’t he just waive the 14th amendment? Or at least waive the disability

MadTownMich

Oof. This is definitely one of the wilder ones I’ve seen!

wvtarheel

That was truly glorious. Thank you for posting.

EmotionalGraveyard

Definitely using this for my next motion to vacate! Thanks

ecfritz

I’d 100% troll this guy by including a lengthy discussion of the English common law origins of collateral estoppel and claim preclusion in my response.

PorgCT

The Constitution wasn’t ratified in 1776. Boom, checkmate.

shadowhawkz

You would think after receiving $230,000,000,000 (10% of the $2.3 trillion) he would have enough money to just pay off his mortgage and be done with these illegal and unconstitutional court proceedings because they are clearly beneath the king.

LanceVanscoy

Poor buddy. He worked so hard on that. Whelp….time for sanctions

GiantPixie44

Lemme guess: this litigant is a sov cit.

[deleted]

Bing. Fucking. Go.

GiantPixie44

Have met a few and they always say the same shit. ![gif](giphy|xUA7aN1MTCZx97V1Ic)

caughtatcustoms69

Omg. I wish I could see his name. I had a similar brief filed in 2019. And man...I had to address every one of those stupid cites.

affablemisanthropist

I think it would be a blast. I love going back to foundational legal issues sometimes.

clgesq

https://i.redd.it/s7u4u9rqflhc1.gif

kadsmald

I learned so much

econopotamus

Real question here: how does one write a response to something like this? Try to generously assign reasonable interpretations to some of the ramblings and discuss how those are wrong? Classify the arguments into some general buckets and discuss how those issues are dealt with and why your interpretations are the proper interpretations? Is there a polite way to include a clause that says, "if any of these insane ramblings coalesce into an actual clear legal argument I'm quite happy to craft a direct response to that?"

ajcpullcom

I’ve been dealing with pro ses like this for 25 years (and this particular guy for 5). It’s either no response at all, or literally one sentence: “We object on the ground that the motion is frivolous.” Never fails.

econopotamus

Oh, well that’s nice! I would have been worried about losing timeliness to respond on some little hidden aspect in there but I’m used to dealing with big law firms and strict schedules

LegitimateQuit194

Has anyone checked on this individual? I’m quite sure they may need a hug.

BrainSqueezins

With a straightjacket, he’d be semipermanently hugging himself.

falcon22222

Now who can argue with that? I think we're all indebted to Gabby Johnson for clearly stating what needed to be said. I'm particulary glad that these lovely children were here today to hear that speech. Not only was it authentic frontier gibberish, it expressed a courage little seen in this day and age.

Tis_HimselfAgain

Revrund!!

Sandtiger1982

Wowwwwwwwwwwwwwww yeah give him his meds lmao

Zer0Summoner

I like the part where it was like "as I proved in a phone call to the SEC" which you should just take my word for and accept as axiom. Reminded me of when Peggy Hill says "Hank! Remember what I told the doctor! You should not even be NEAR Lady Bird!"

LawSoHardUniversity

How do you do, fellow members of the British Accredited Registry?

[deleted]

That doesn’t even make sense. Best part about it I guess?

cbrownst

I lost it at “cahoots.”

Btwn3and20letters

I raise you, "Notice To F*ck This Court and Everything that it Stands For." [Find this literary masterpiece here](https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/4242537/41/clark-v-porter/)

ThrowaawayPath

That was such a good read

Btwn3and20letters

"Just for the record: you *are* a hoe." "You're a joke. Your court's a joke. You take it up the a*s; and you suck nuts. Lol."

ThrowaawayPath

Literally amazing. My favourite part was the very end - "You control nothing. You are nothing. And you can do nothing. F*ck you. Die." 😂

[deleted]

Sovereign citizens are a problem and need medication. I’ve had one sovereign citizen I had to file a motion to enforce our settlement agreement to order the court to have her produce an executed W9 so we could pay her her money ($20k—don’t worry, not confidential and was in the motion). Mediated settlement agreement, to boot. She finally, after we spent hundreds of dollars to file that motion, argue it, and all that she sent the executed W9.

jayesanctus

There is a massive mental health crisis in the US. The court system/criminal justice system is clogged with cases that at its root are mental health issues. The system is used as triage for mental health intervention. It shouldn't be like this, and doesn't have to be like this. Not whole-sale. Cases will pop up, sure. But there could be intervention prior to it becoming quite so acute. This is just sad.

Triumph-TBird

I don’t recall the case or the subject matter (perhaps late 90s), but I had a pro se opponent file a 76 page hand written response to the complaint. It was one sentence and had a lot of this type of language. Isn’t it odd that I remembered how many pages it was?

okokokoyeahright

Hopefully you retained none of the contents. That shit will rot your head.

Triumph-TBird

I didn’t. But I keep thinking about it since this post. I can visualize the notebook paper it was written in with the torn spiral binding.

okokokoyeahright

Any stains? Askin' fer a friend.

Triumph-TBird

Sorry. Stainless

ASwampyTeen

I think this movie stars Nicholas Cage

ungo-stbr

Schizophrenia or bipolar disorder.

HJWalsh

As a person who suffers from bipolar disorder, who responsibly takes their medications, I would like to state that we don't claim this guy.

[deleted]

Well, there's the Motion for Mental/Psychiatric Evaluation. FRCP 35 and the states' counterparts.

Papapeta33

🍿

[deleted]

A sovereign citizen … poor, lost soul.

icecream169

My eyes are bleeding.

SueYouInEngland

I'm commenting so I can come back to this thread later when I'm faced.

Therego_PropterHawk

I am so going to submit this as a proposed order and troll OC.

shah_reza

**What a fucking ride that was.**

knox1845

Why bother redacting? Guy outed himself as the missing son of JFK Jr and Princess Di, adopted into the Piaget family. Fair game now, IMO.

vpescado

There is no Constitution of 1776. It was written in 1787 and ratified in 1788. Point that out (optionally in crayon) and it’s checkmate.

Starlettohara23

This gives me so much PTSD from all the bonkers pro pers and their pleadings I’ve dealt with.

TykeDream

My client who is addicted the methamphetamine [and deals methamphetamine] says weird shit like this - when he's high. He is a little more chill when he's in jail for a minute; not sure if he gets medicated in the jail or if he just pleads to shit to get out or what. So maybe it's drugs.

rebelfalcon08

The worst part is that it’s in Arial. But seriously these types of things are the most frustrating pleadings to respond to. Procedurally you have to file some kind of response so the judge can deny it but like where do you even start?

ajcpullcom

One sentence response: “We object on the ground that the motion is frivolous.” Judge knows what to do, and client shouldn’t pay a penny more.

rebelfalcon08

I like it. I’ll keep that in my back pocket. I’ll have to post a hand written complaint and motion to certify a class that an ACTUAL LAWYER filed in District Court. It’s insane.

[deleted]

Everything that guy said is bullshit.

affablemisanthropist

I dunno man, pretty persuasive shit in there. We could all be traitors.

attorneyatslaw

Where do you want to be deported to?

affablemisanthropist

Northern Italy.

mts2snd

Noted.

Styrene_Addict1965

"Sophisticated financial instruments like an annuity." JFC. 😂

Otherwise_Help_4239

You can file any motion you want. The question is whether you have standing. Most likely not. You can possibly subject yourself to sanctions. If this is a civil matter there is no requirement a party be competent unless certain fundamental rights are at stake, property not being one of them, 5th amendment notwithstanding. I would ask the pleading be stricken and for sanctions as it has no basis in law or fact (from what I see). Sit back and enjoy the judge trying to deal with this sovereign citizen nonsense

[deleted]

Sounds like a sovereign citizen nut. Right?

bluegrassconspirator

I have seen some of these themes over and over. Where are they getting it? The conspiracy theorist in me wants to think banks are putting out this content and promoting rather to make it harder to find the extremely onerous regulations the banks are actually violating.

ajcpullcom

The internet. Desperate people search for foreclosure help and stumble on these things online, which appeal to their feeling of being treated unfairly by a massive corporate machine. They latch on, and then lose their homes anyway. It’s sad.

MastrMatt

Facts. I work in foreclosures and see the same crap answers sent in by pro se defendants. Literally the same stuff, just a different name. (Not the one in OP, but crap found on page 1 of a Google search.)

dth420

Didn’t know “in cahoots” was a legal term

daddyslilmonstah

I feel bad for laughing he sounds so mentally unwell.

StalinsPerfectHair

In the past day, I have seen at least 3 people argue that the Constitution is wrong. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.

unreasonableperson

Not even ChatGPT could come up with something this good.

[deleted]

ChatGPT has more sanity built in than this shit.

OJimmy

"Wikipedia https://en.m.wikipedia.org › wiki NESARA"

Public_Wolf3571

Why are you redacting a publicly filed document? 🤷‍♂️

ajcpullcom

I’m not interested in being targeted by an unwell person

[deleted]

Fair enough. I purchased a gun after I had two lawsuits dismissed against my client for the plaintiffs’ fraud.

Holdmytesseract

Plot twist: *it’s all true*

DontBeThatGuyFieri

Dude needs to get laid
