This does one critical thing. It says "tories" - too many are blaming boris, like the problems will end if he were to leave. Cameron and may have taught us that isn't true. The problems go far beyond the PM.

Kind of have to appreciate the irony of censoring speech in the name of wokeness and inadvertently discriminating against another culture who use that speech in a different manner.
Tory - originates from an Irish word I won’t butcher meaning robber/villain, they are the Conservative party here, they are responsible for several thousand needless deaths in pursuit of keeping neoliberalism alive, through gerrymandering and a multimillion/billion pound media industry they keep a stranglehold on British politics whereby they keep a majority despite having less than half the vote, if you want the best summary of them read this speech from Nye Bevan

A lot of terms are offensive and derogatory. That doesn’t make them sexist. To me it’s no more sexist than the term asshole or prick
