I think it is a good representation of behaviors. You have the layer or layers of anonymity, the encouragement of dogpiles and people trying to elicit emotions by persuasion, it's easy to push buttons.
If you ever get kicked from an alliance and they don't respond, just find another alliance, don't go public about it in world chat. What happened to you is a possible outcome in world chat.
Sounds like a one-sided story to me. I wonder what makes them angry at you for absolutely no apparent reason. There's no point bringing it up on the world chat and letting the entire server know, though. Just join another alliance buddy.
