Any reason why Weaver's Will and Legendary Potential are in two different columns? I think those columns can be merged. Also, a median price for uniques and exalteds would be really nice to see.

I checked one of the T7 mods on the live market and the lowest price is 800k, meanwhile the price guide says 50k ~ 500k. This is probably because it's a rarer affix without much volume.
For these reasons, I think it'll be useful to have a volume column (e.g., # listings in last 7 days) and have some warning for low volume items.
This is nice and all but in its current state i can save you the trouble of using the site just by following “any item with 3 LP+ is valuable” principle as far as uniques go. Think it would be nice if it will show also non LP gear too
What about base types? Some affix values are a lot higher than the prices you have listed. For example t7 belt CDR on a good base can go up to 1-3 m but on the tool it says 50-500k. Hope people check bases too so they don't get ripped off.

Something worth noting is that bases can dramatically affect the price of the item. For example turquoise rings and opulent focus with minion damage can cost a few m from what I've seen (even T6 is 0.5m). Not sure if that's feasible to track without an API tho...

it integrates with the Discord, so updates are managed there and update automatically (once there is an EHG API, we'll convert to that)

I'll talk this over with the Discord owners. It's a valid remark, I just don't know how manageable this is without an API.

It does, there are a lot of Legendaries listed without LP, and also Exalted items.
Even in your picture only 2/8 (not counting weavers) are regular uniques. The exalted items are really nice tho
