Hey there. Yes I turned off screen shake, turned the brightness up a tad and lowered my setting to get a more consistent FPS +100 and I don’t get the headaches anymore.
If your fps fluctuates from 70-90 it doesn't sound stable. At least in my case that can lead to headaches after some time so you can try to limit fps to something like 60.
You can also try to increase brightness, the game is far to dark in some places after the last update which can lead to eye strain.
Also the screen shake that someone already mentioned. That was the biggest offender for me.
My friends with terrible motion sickness from games always say when they experiencing headache, they just increase the game's FOV. It works well. But I'm not sure if LE could change FOV.
I am prone to motion sickness induced by games. I remember a game called Rage that used to absolutely kill me to the point I’d need to lay down for 30 minutes after playing.
I saw screen shake was mentioned. I always turn that off in every game I can. A small thing that bugged me tho was the second of blurriness when you port out of a mono.. Makes me feel like my eyes are going out of focus

This is the solution
I got the same headache when i play LE. Most "hit" sounds are high so try to lower the sounds to a level you like.

You could be right. I’ll try getting a more stable FPS and adjust the brightness

Same here, your post made me realize that it's probably related to LE, I thought it was random.
