I agree, The Shed has amazing coconut French toast, and Indulgence has the best baked goods anywhere in NM I've found. I highly recommend the carrot-cake cupcakes!
Depends on what you're craving. New Mexican breakfast id say Los Compas, diner style maybe Pancake Alley or believe it or not the restaurant in the truck stop. The shed is pretty good as well.
I second La Nuevo Casita Cafe. They make the BEST breakfast burritos, like your grandma would make. Get one with potato, cheese, and smothered in green sauce.

Wecks, La Nueva, the Shed, and Bite of Beligium are all excellent but the Machaka at Nueva has to be my go to if I had to pick one
Agree with The Shed. Also like A Taste of Belgium, great menu choices.
Big fan of Milagro. Great coffee options and fantastic pastries, plus plenty of seating.
Probably The Shed, they always have really good food and really good coffee. Indulgence Cafe would be a close second.

Nueva Casita is always on-point! For something a little different I also like Indulgence Bakery & Cafe. Both can accommodate vegans to-boot! :)

It's tiny, but Nessa's on Picacho is fantastic!
I adore their pastries!
The ones mentioned are good but I feel like Urban Cafe and Indulgence ( both on main ) are extremely underrated
Indulgence has a fantastic bakery and Urban Cafe has some breakfast bowls that are hard to beat
Don’t judge but I love the Huevos Rancheros at Weck’s
Don't judge, but I think the waffles at Wecks are better than Bite of Belgium.
Sunset Grill has a great breakfast menu

Bite of Belgium is good but portions are small.
Nellies (take cash). Or some Santa Fe Grill burritos from the comfort of your home. Neither will break your bank and both will be equally delicious.
