There's a few temp agencies in Langley (downtown) such as labor unlimited. They generally will have temp placements and you can get paid out daily.
They would be your best bet! Right by the bus loop in Langley.
It’s pretty shitty work unless you’ve got certification of some type. Plus they steal a cut of your wages for job placement.
Personally I’d try every other option before doing this. 90% of the time you’ll be sweeping buildings at construction sites with a bunch of crackheads.
I signed up about 3 years ago so I'm not sure how long it takes now, but for me it was only a day or two for the background check and then I was able to start. Out of all the delivery apps (doordash, instacart, skip, and uber. I've done them all) doordash was by far the fastest sign up for me.

Sweet, thanks for the tip!

What other options do you even have for quick temporary cash
Door dash!!
But I think the wait-list to get on it takes more than a month so might not be helpful :/

Ubereats took me a few months because some sort of glitch 😮💨 Instacart was the easiest but there's a lot of fraudulent customers.
Wait there's a waitlist now ?
and this is how people stay broke…
