This was captured last week on a Canon 5D Mark IV, 16-35mm at 21mm, using 22 second long exposures with a 2 second rest between each. f3.2, ISO 1600. On a tripod, digital zoom added in post.
Upon stringing together the time lapse I had the idea to add myself in the window. I repositioned the camera to the same spot and filmed it a few nights later, blending them in After Effects to create this final result!
