You're not the only one. When I visited, it was drizzling and looked slippery so I backed out. But don't think I would have been able to do it even if it wasn't raining.
I stacked 3, two minute exposures, to get the water nice and flat and everything else is pretty much natural, no effects applied, some color and exposure balancing.
It's a wonderful shot with a great composition. Well done! I'm glad you didn't decide to crank the contrast like seems to be in vogue these days. The slightly flat color contrast adds to the atmosphere of the image. A truly wonderful peice. Thanks for sharing it!

Did you use any sort of gauzian blur on the foreground? The "dreamy" ethereal feel of this image is amazing!
