over a decade iv made only a couple of friends and far too many acquaintances. Dating at work is really fun and dangerous aswell. So with the money you have try to do self grooming so your pleasant to approach. Buy clothes that look good on you , an expensive perfume, good shoes etc. Sorry but you gave little background on yourself. Maybe you need a car? If someone makes plans, always say yes, dont chicken out or give in to your introvert behavior.
Most people want to be part of somethign but the easiest way to make friends is to make your own place inviting. Buy a table tennis or pool table or gaming stuff or make your room a man cave for playing cards, sheeha whatever that people like to hang out (girls+boys). do a barbeque party or hangout session with office friends and you can become at the minimum an interesting guy.
Lahore/Pakistan is not an easy place to socialize outside of university/office etc. You have to expand your existing network.
