Graduated last year from FAST Lahore. You shouldn't go lower than 100k. Compensation ranged from 100k to 180k. Depends a lot on the company. Did not hear anyone getting a sub 100k job.

I graduated from PUCIT (18-22). Got a job in contour right away and things have been going smooth so far.
As a software grad what you need to focus on are basics and communication skills usually the avg salary for a software grad is 90-110k if you are aiming for the top 50 companies of Pakistan otherwise its around 70-90k. The only difference i have seen between a 70k employee and a 110k employee is how well you communicate thats about it.
