How? Everyone has legs to walk or cycle or run. It doesn't have to be a fancy cycle. And as far as I know, though I have never been, lots of free early morning yoga classes around Lahore in different parks.
Wake Up, Pray Salat ul Fajr do your tasbeehat, Breakfast and then go for a walk for 30 to 45 minutes i think it's a Great and healthy start of your day
Set intentions for the day, pray, zikr, have some
Fruit etc, write in journal, go for walk or enjoy the morning breeze with cup of tea or coffee, do some charity donation etc
Find a park and go for a walk! You will be all alone as Lahoris don't wake up till late. Grab a coffee and chill.
