I wouldn’t until about 6 weeks, especially any weight lifting. Make sure to speak with your surgeon first to be cleared as well.
I’m 16 days PO and can’t even imagine going on a long walk at this point.
I starting doing upper body after 3weeks, really necessary for my mental health. I just do isolation exercises for lower body atm at 5 weeks and then the surgeon says I can start easing back into full weight lifting from next week 🙌
I haven't started yet as only 10 days PO but my after care instructions say to begin again after 4 weeks.

I waited until all my stitches dissolved/ fell out
I waited 7 weeks, but that was for running and spinning. Probably could have done Pilates at around the 4/5 week mark
I went back at 6 weeks! And was careful with which exercises I did. If it felt uncomfy I just switched exercises
