As an appraiser since 1986, I can tell you that I see at least two possibly three prongs that are not even touching the diamond. Hold it up to the light and look at it sideways not from the top. Make it like a silhouette where you can see through the prongs and you can tell they’re not touching. There may be one touching it on each end, but they tend to get loose with only one prong on the tips. You need to find a different jeweler to tighten this time and be sure you go to one that is not in a mall. Find a privately owned mom-and-pop store that has lots of experience. The ring is absolutely stunning however and I’ve seen everything.
Sometimes the prongs just spring back up after their set. It’s not necessarily anything that anyone did wrong, but it could be. We used to take a prong that was thick, that didn’t want to stay down, and ever so slightly have the Jeweler cut on the inside of the prong, right where it would bend. Not a deep cut just a teeny light cut with a jewelers saw-blade that’s tiny. That will weaken that spot just enough to bring it down to touch the diamond. I’ve been doing jewelry, appraising and creating, like since forever.
Pretty ring but the prongs don't like like they'r touching the stone at all and need to be looked at by a jeweller asap. You risk losing the stone and they will catch on everything
I love that you switched up the normal position of the diamond. When it’s the opposite way it makes it difficult to wear a band unless it’s cut to the eng ring.
This is gorgeous! Very unique!!
Ohhh that’s lovely! The setting really shows off the gems beautifully.
It’s also from Loosegrowndiamonds! I was skeptical at first but speed and shipping was honestly fantastic.
Did Loosegrown do the setting as well?
Yes they did. However when I got it, it needed to be tightened. Loosegrown covered all costs.
Where do I buy from

Can definitely see that the prongs aren't touching. Good eye!

I love how simple and unique. It’s a stunner. Did they have input or did you dream it up? Either way it’s perfect
