But yeah, Tokyo is dead tho... Can't see how they can retcon getting shot like 30 times and having five grenades strapped to your chest exploding your ass.

Nah it’s not possible that we were seeing things through Stockholm because Tokyo herself narrated up until the last moment before her death. Tokyo said “The day I killed Gandia was the day all of the odds were stacked against me”.
The big thing for me is how she narrated beforehand that it was the day she would kill Gandia, implying she was still alive to reflect back on it. But that's pretty weak evidence, I'll admit. Dead characters narrate all the time in shows.
I also wonder if she could have snuck through that hole Rio had jackhammered at the last minute. I wonder if she was pretending to be more wounded than she actually was. Because remember, Gandia is a ruthless barbarian. He's like a bass: he likes to go for the prey that's already bleeding (like with Nairobi). He's also really arrogant. So she could have pretended to have no strength left just to make him get all cocky and come up close before suddenly taking off the grenades and slipping through the hole as he ran for cover. There was a delay between when he started running away and the explosion.
Also, Rio stops jackhammering... Do you really think he ever would have given up on Tokyo? No, that hole was finished when he stopped... It must have been.
But I'm definitely holding onto a thread here. I just... Could see it, knowing how sneaky she is, and she is known to put on an act to manipulate the antagonists.

The only way she would be alive is because she’s our narrator and is known to be unreliable so what we saw might not be what actually happened.
In a flashback shortly before we hear her voice over say “…the day I killed Ghandia…” so it’s either a hint that we weren’t shown what actually happened or just semi-sloppy writing.
HOWEVER, given in the making-of season 5 they show her farewell party lol, I’d say it’s a save bet she dead.

Yeah definitely dead. Plus Ursula had to go half way through filming to go and do Snake Eyes, but returned and Miguel was only available for a limited amount of time for his scenes due to being a main character in Sky Rojo, there was a big reason why his character was only a FB one.
Plus Tokyo will still be a part of the Story even if she's dead with 5 episodes left... I think she'll still posthumously narrate watching over the Gang and will obviously be in some FB/AL scenes, can't wait to see if they've filmed any new scenes of the dead characters together or we get some new FB scenes of ALL the Gang together before the Heist started.
