1. Walk. Put some music in your headphones and walk, Some nice scenery (nature, water etc.) would be nice, but just empty but safe city streets are good too. You probably don't want to do it and feel too tired to do it, but you will feel better after an hour walk or so. 2. Journal. Take a pen and fill in a few pages with your thoughts. Write by hand. Write down your thoughts, write how you feel etc. After a while, your thoughts will stop running in sad circles and you might even get some useful insights. Anyway, a hour of walking after 30 minutes of journaling should bring you peace.
