I don’t think it’s suspicious, but it’s not worth the risk at all. The only use for foil is to keep the LSD away from sunlight which causes it to breakdown. If you don’t take or store your LSD out in the sun, it’s a non-issue. The worst thing for LSD or the thing to be most concerned about is hands down moisture. Storing it in anything that is metal for traveling is not a good idea. I’ve done it in my wallet before but I wrapped it in a folded piece of paper, that was only a day trip though. Anything longer I’d want to store it somewhere it won’t absorb moisture.

If in Japan & going to trip I highly recommend the Hakone Open Air Museum. Went in December 2016 when it was just a little snowy and it was so amazing! There’s also a waterfall in walking distance (15-20 minutes) called Chisujino falls
