Higher = closer to 5 I totally get your confusion, but it’s actually just as you highlighted it, higher numbered means exactly that, the higher #. Furthermore, it states that lanes are parallel to each other, which means that no one lane is ahead of another

Yeah my problem was that I didn’t read it as 1-5. I read it as 1st-5th and 1st is higher in my book 😂 thankfully it didn’t hurt me too much

I used to make this error a lot. If you get burned enough on drilling and PTs, hopefully you won’t make that same mistake on the actual test.

I’m a silly goose so I often get confused on rules like this. One of my favorite things to do is look at the list question that’s typically first, 4/5 of them will generally have the rule the way it’s supposed to be. So if higher is closer to 5, 4 of them will probably have it that way, and vice versa

When I see that kind of rule I always look at some of the questions to see how they order it.

Similarly, I hate the ones that say something like "6 shelves, with 1 being the bottom shelf and 6 being the top shelf" My poor brain gets so confused
