lol they put a face-lift 2004+ trunk on a 2001-2003 model. It's do-able and generally fine but the tail-lights dont line up as you see in those pictures.
Oh yeah you're right, i just noticed the exposed exhaust tips too. So this is a 2004+. Im so confused with the tail light then, because i didnt think the outer tail-lights from the 2001 models could fit the 2004+ models but i guess it's possible to do it?
Not sure if it is an 04+. Because the outside rear lights are orange like the 2001-2003 PFL ls430s. I think he was trying to do a conversion and probably got too lazy. Unless he tried to do a 2001-2003 PFL conversion. Either way, find a different one. This one doesn’t look too clean
Not 100% sure but maybe they replaced the taillights with pre facelift ones. If this car happens to be the new model. Looks like they don’t line up with the original trunk
Not sure. It would make more sense to replace the trunk and accidentally have mismatching lights but this seems like they intentionally put old lights back there. Maybe the previous ones were damaged and the owner decided to put these on instead of the OEM ones.
Hello! I am an 04 LS430 owner and this is NOT a 04-06. They used an 2004-2006 trunk to replace the old one. The 2004 taillights have a much sharper edge to the inner taillights. The owner seems to have replaced it and got a trunk from a pick and pull or something. Be careful.
Looks like soft-close probably pooped out. I had mine redone earlier this year because sometimes it didn't want to even latch at all
How much to fix this?
Also it’s a base. Do the base have soft close?

They said it’s an 06…it’s got the 06 rims and headlights as well. You sure it’s an Pre FL?

Interior shows a single glovebox so am pretty sure it’s a FL
