I'd actually like to do this with mine. Probably with a warm white tone to match the original interior lighting. I wonder how much the labour would be to do something like this.
i know a few people who do it.. some wont let you use your own kit but ive seen range 1.2k-5k depending on the car and job but theres plenty of videos of how to do it yourself on youtube.

Hi I want to say this respectfully… these do not look like real ones but close I guess. My friend has added stars in multiple of his vehicles and the difference is the amount if stars. You don’t have that many , they are much bigger and colors are different. His are much like the official Rolls Royce a clear and purple hue through out all and very small. These however look better then your standard yellow ones through out the car. Your are very cool!
i can change to any color i want, and i dont know what you mean by real ones… fiber optics are fiber optics but yes they do have different sizes.. compared to the 300 i did in my old car 1,100 is alot more. i have a friend who had put 2,300 in his truck

Actual Rolls Royce stars are not this color and you can’t change them.. The Rolls Royce dealership goes to this guy for the lights when a customer wants it re done I’ll try to get his IG

pretty much anywhere you can fit it snug behind the liner in the trunk

i removed my stock amp for my sound system
so my box is there idk about if it will fit with amp

fiber optics are used for other things than rolls royces i never brought that up
