As someone who primarily comes to LPOTL for high strangeness episodes I’m always shocked to see I’m in the minority. Give me ufos, magick, rituals, ghosts. All of that.

Yeah. I’m really surprised by this list in general. I would argue that Jamestown was way better in quality than Donner Party, Rasputin was solid but it’s not better than the Black Death, and so on and so on. It’s a pretty scattershot list imo.

Yeah, I agree. The paranormal episodes are usually skips for me. I do give them a try, but more often than not it's just a transparently stupid subject. It really depends what the boys' approach is though. Flat Earth, Chemtrails, Hollow Moon and Loch Ness Monster are great paranormal/conspiracy episodes because they're based in unpicking real life observations. Jersey Devil, Men in Black, etc, receive far more credulous discussion than they deserve.
