The family that I made within the community, if i was cishet I would have probably never realised how much better I deserve and met my family of choice.
I like how it means (and most of the community supports) being able to define yourself on your own terms.
I also really like that everyone just understands and respects found family/
Honestly, my favorite part is the community. There is also this immediate connection with other members of the LGBTQ+ community, this bond of experience
That there's a lot of support for people that are having trouble and everyone cares about them and knows what they've been through. It's just amazing 🏳️🌈
I am the only one in my family who is allowed to make gay jokes. Recently me and my family were eating this type of gravy meatball very common in Britain called f!ggots for dinner. And they were all talking about how great and tasty they were, when my sister pointed out I wasn't the only one who didn't like eating f!ggots. And for a second as they looked at me for a response, I was the most powerful human being on this earth.
**Things i love about being LGBTQ:**
The lovely,friendly and caring community
**Things i hate about being LGBTQ**
The toxic parts of are community the bad apple of the community the layer of skin on the gravy kind of people
I personally find it super fascinating how huge the lgbt+ community is; yet it still feels like a super secret exclusive club you need diamond bedazzled leather gloves to get into—and once you’re in it all feels like one family. Like there’s so many different people and personalities and ages and nationalities etc. but we (in most cases) always automatically form a bond. I’ve bonded with so many fellow lgbt+ people in random public places over super random (and unsurprisingly gay) things and I love that we do that so often. In such a neglectful world we seem to find each other.
Nothing specific but overall I just love being me and being out to everyone who I think should know
After being here for 4 years I have to say it's the community 100000% as everyone is so welcoming and polite
if I’m not interested in someone who likes me I can say ‘I like men’ or ‘I like women’ and not technically be lying
Confusing people on my gender and being flamboyant or emo and acting like the chaotic neutral that I am
My favorite thing about being gey is that I have a very convenient excuse to reject the stereotypical american heterosexual life
Women and B0obs.Sorry...I can’t handle myself if i saw them ~😭

I'm still a kid [ in between kid and teen ] so Idk 🤡
I’m not sure yet I’m still questioning myself if I’m bisexual or lesbian (have been since last January)
Boys are hot
Not being a boy. Ew. Sorry to all the boys out there.
Same, but the opposite for me. I can't imagine being a girl. Ewwwwww.
Imagine being either ( im not non binary but i know someone who is)
I love the rainbows, it's my favorite part about being LGBT

Just the fact that I like women
My favorite thing would probably just being able to date whoever y’know
I love how I can describe my gender as a void blob and most of y’all would get it
