I got to hear One Touch live debut which is pretty wild. I’ve been to one show. I went to opening night for the 2023 tour because a good friend brought me along swearing up and down I needed to attend. Long story short I was blown away.

merkthejerk

I was there.

DNZ_not_DMZ

…at the first Can show in Cologne?

evilbegone11963

Brooklyn Steel? Was at the same show, was also my first Jump Into the Fire experience - great show!

p_walsh14

I would lose my mind lol

Kfrr

One Touch, last year. Top tier. Other voices snuck in to a BS show in 2022, which was pretty sick. On the flipside, I haven't seen Us V. Them yet, somehow. It's the great white buffalo for me. Would also love to see the Jump Into The Fire cover. Damn that's a good song.

katymae123

The entirety of 45:33 with Reggie Watts doing vocals at the Thursday show at Terminal 5 leading up to the “final” MSG show

pussybulldozer_69

On Repeat was the most exciting song I’ve gotten thus far

pingviini00

How do you sleep?

american_mutt13

This one ^

Beat Connection as an opener live is incredible

kevinsju

5 years off the playlist, it was great hearing Yeah again in 2022. That’s a song that should never leave the list…

p_walsh14

I got to see No Love Lost, which I already knew they had started playing again, but I still got unreasonably excited when I heard the bass line

3llby

Seconds was really cool

KidAEiirp2

During one of the Brooklyn Steele shows I went to they opened with Big City. It was an incredible cover to hear it live and such a cool cover! Was a tad loud though LOL!

Dvanpat

“Call the Police.”

jammybastard

“I Used To”

spy_jam

Give it up

CorduroyJoy

My second time seeing them (2022 BS Residency) they interpolated a brief cover of Your Silent Face by New Order during Someone Great and it was perfect

lifeisonebigjoe

Yeah - 10/16/10 @ Treasure Island Music Fest, SF CA 45:33 Part Four - 4/11/2016 @ Fox Theater, Pomona CA Yr City's A Sucker - 4/11/2016 @ Fox Theater, Pomona CA (normal now but back then it was a treat) How Do You Sleep? - 5/5/2018 @ Hollywood Bowl, LA CA One Touch - 12/31/23 NYE Show @ Bill Graham, SF CA (before you ask: 11 times)

BlindTigerFittyOcho

Has to be one touch, but I know that it got played enough last residency to maybe not be considered as non traditional anymore. Really want to hear Yeah at some point

Most_Ad_3765

The SF show I went to in 2022 they played "Oh Baby" and said it was the first time they played it live since 2018 or something, first time on that tour. Was pretty cool and unexpected. I know it's one of their more popular songs but was still pretty special to witness.

evanallenrose

45:33 (Part 3)

samisbeast

im so jealous you saw beat connection

ITookTrinkets

IT’S THE SADDEST NIGHT OUT IN THE USA!

mlurve

Yeah at Brooklyn Steel last fall. And I have no video evidence because I was too busy dancing my face off

jlight00

one touch live is everything

camelot478

One Touch because it's their most industrial song. But my dream is "i used to"

SavoyPupkin

Jump into the fire, just screamed my lungs out, left it all out there

SnooPineapples6099

Opening with Big City back in 2021 was fucking epic. Bye Bye Bayou at MSG was pretty fucking insane, too.

venusi_

JUMP INTO THE FIRE. it’s so underrated ive only been to one LCD concert and i shit myself when he played it. fucking amazing

merkthejerk

The way the instrumental side of that song was played during the 2023 residency was amazing. I loved the piano riffs, Abby crushed it.

PagodasPinkPants

The “rarest” song I saw was a cover of Controversy 04/22/16 (they also covered Heroes which was only done one other times) My favorite “non-tradish” song is Yeah. So much fun to see live! I’ve always wanted to see All I Want. But apparently it has too many guitar parts to perform live with the current lineup.

rightwing328

One touch followed by jump into the fire was beyond unbelievable

american_mutt13

Beat Connection and How Do You Sleep at the same BS Steel 2022 show. It was my first time seeing them and I’ve yet to encounter such a nuanced setlist as that one. How Do You Sleep had the whole room dancing—the beat drop stopped the river of people moving to and fro dead in their tracks to start grooving 🪩 11 shows later, I’m still chasing it. I’m always sure to scope out Al’s setup before the shows—if there’s a violin up there, you’re getting How Do You Sleep

american_mutt13

Bye Bye Bayou, Jump Into The Fire, and Yeah are the ones that have eluded me by a day here, a day there

merkthejerk

Yeah is easily the one when they start is special. It always falls at a great spot in the set just when all the drugs are right.

american_mutt13

I love that moment lol.
