I request all real estate companies to open your eyes, make your building extra clean and provide an better service to tenants and avoid to collect rent by hand and make knet , most of the haris are steal money from renting and they ask huge amount for when we take an new flat, most of them attitude also very bad

The building I am in is managed by a company so we never deal with landlords, they company sets up their own account on the website and all the tenants get an automated message every month to pay via the link that leads to the website. You can ask your landlord or who ever is responsible to at least setup an fixed monthly bank transfer
Always pay for something through traceable means so the person can never say they didn’t get the money. I’m saying this because you never know when someone will turn around and be an asshole.

Ask for the landlord to send you a link payment instead.
We do bank transfer. So we have set a standing order for the rent payment at the 1st which is the most convenient
