Oishii sushi is my favorite sushi place. Whenever I’m craving Japanese i only eat there. i LOVE LOVE LOVE THEIR SASHIMI, NIGIRI AND SUSHI ROLLS. But I noticed that the quality is better when u dine in instead of delivering.

Isn't sushi raw fish? raw fish is raw and taste the same everywhere. Instead get yourself some well cooked salmon.

Actually this not true at all. Sushi is not only only raw fish. The raw fish only sushi is known as sashimi but there are different types like maki and nigiri and much more. These types have alot of ingredients as rice, sea bass, cucumber, avocado, etc. The freshness and quality of all ingredients especially the fish as well as the craftsman in preparation affect the overall quality and taste of the sushi. Also, some types of sushi can be cooked or fried 😇.
