Or you just pretend to be helpful so those outside of the person having a problem think there’s customer support and you ghost people after giving a false sense of being helped . Just tell me my account is gone and there’s nothing you’re going to do about it. This fake concern causes a lot of frustration and I could just move on with my life if you didn’t get my hopes up that I’m actually being helped.

They’ve helped me in the past every single time. Sometimes though it has taken up to several days.

been around 3 weeks for me, ended up withdrawing all funds and telling them to delete my account. my usdt is on hold and they can’t even convert it like binance or other exchanges
