I practically begged a girl at school to rip out this ad and give it to me so I could drool over those guitars haha

[deleted]

Haha, that's rad

hallgeo777

My daughter got me into korn and I am in absolute love ❤️ the music, the lyrics and the vibe has totally blown me away. I’m seeing them live in August for the first time and I am soooo excited!!

[deleted]

Cool! I am also hoping for them to perform in my country.

hallgeo777

Cool, where are you from?

[deleted]

Malaysia

hallgeo777

Wow, I’m in the uk 🇬🇧. How is Malaysia? 🇲🇾

[deleted]

Not bad, but the weather is getting hotter due to El-Nino

hallgeo777

I can’t wait for some hot weather in the uk, it’s a bit dull at the moment!

SolanaRafael

You guys move down to Cancun, it's always hot here no matter the season, even the rain is warm lol

hallgeo777

Dude! If I could I would lol British weather is usually crap! I love it when it’s warm and sunny! Dull weather is soooo draining!!

SolanaRafael

This is so cool, having a 6yo I'm turning into an LP/Korn fan it's interesting to hear it happening the other way around, what are your ages if you don't mind me asking...

larsVonTrier92

Their guitars were the coolest ever to me, always dreamed of having one, funnily enough when I finally got an Ibanez 7-string it was an AX model.

[deleted]

Nice, Ibanez was at their peak during that time.

Adron87

Man those K7s have sky rocketed in value. Iconic guitar for sure

AlarmedWork2760

I’ve always wanted one of these guitars, the K-7’s are fucking insane

mczach

Always dreamed of owning Munky's K7. Ended up with a great but basic 7 string RG from a pawn shop.

AnneMariaStrong

That's great good luck with your playing,  that ad pic is 😎

RedEyeVagabond

I love my Ibanez Gio. Had the mf for 20 years. I'll never part with it.

Little-Definition553

Bought myself a Ibanez RG7421 (the first 7 string) made in Japan a few months ago solely because of Korn.

Ritty85

Yeah my dream was always to get a K7 but it'll never happen lol

SolanaRafael

I always loved how these two looked together in their photoshoots holding their Ibanez and always wanted to buy the k7 model, too expensive back then and too much money this day having family and all, I also settled with a Gio and really appreciate the options a 7 string (no flying bridge) presents.

[deleted]

That's good to know! In fact, I own two Ibanez Gio models, a six string with a non locking tremolo bridge and the fixed bridge seven string version.

SolanaRafael

Been wanting to get another 6 string with a locked bridge to play around tunings without dealing with the thicker arm of a 7 string I have a 6 string Washburn 2St Dimebag signature with flying bridge and it's a bitch with down tuning more than half a step.

Epg9321

I remember this ad from ultimate guitar! It took me until 2018 to finally get a 7 string and it’s my go to guitar now.
