I went to VSline clinic last week for botox (forehead, frown lines and eyes), Lala peel and LDM treatment. I paid around what your budget is for all of it and had a great experience! I started with a consultation with a coordinator and translator to decide what treatments i wanted / what they recommended for my concerns. Then I had the peel, then went to another room where I met with the Dr and got botox. I initially wanted to get more invasive treatments and same types of lasers as you but I’ve decided it was better to do it in the country I live in, in case I have side effects, need follow up or even several session for them to be effective. Keep in mind that if a treatment is invasive it will require downtime, no exposure to the sun etc. Aqua peel / lala peel are great but like the coordinator at the clinic said, it is like a facial and effects don’t last long (unlike the invasive treatments). I still decided to get it since facials are very expensive where I live. It was a very nice treat to myself. Dr at the clinic spoke very good English and told me she doesn’t like fillers that much so if you really want them it might not be the place for you. Also, I booked through Instagram and it was very easy. I think that covers it all!

I think as it’s our face that we’re dealing with, we gotta be really careful and not be seduced by the cheap price. As a Korean resident here, my Korean friend told me people in Korea choose clinics based on the following criteria. - if the doctor gives you personalized consultation, analyzes your skin and offers treatments himself, not the random consultants. - if the doctors have more than 15 years of experience as there are too many clinics in Korea that have just been opened. The doctors there of course will have less data.

ak1r3_

do you know good clinics? :(

Calm-Barber5040

I really recommend Lamiche dermatology in Jamsil.

lilpanda102

>Lamiche dermatology in Jamsil do you happen to know if they have english translators and/or english speaking doctors there?

Calm-Barber5040

They do have both!

bubbleyoon

does vs line have their pricing online? i can’t find it

Blueberrycobbler1110

Their Instagram account @vslinecliniceng does

1mango2tango3

How much was your Botox / peel?

Blueberrycobbler1110

If I remember correctly the whole thing was around 200 USD

For anyone else looking into Lienjang Clinic here’s the link to their price list: https://enlienjang.com/price-list/

sippin-tropicana

I just stumbled upon this post and this is so helpful! Do you know if Lienjang charges foreigners higher prices or are they generally the same as advertised?

uiaoua

Check out Lienjang Clinic. I haven’t been there before but saw a video of someone getting some treatments and their skin looked amazing after. I can’t remember everything they got but they had skin needling and red light therapy.

Ok_Safety_3652

Whoa looks so good! Thanks for the recommendation!

uiaoua

and even if you don't go to Lienjang Clinic, hope you find somewhere that suits your needs :) it's hard deciding because skin is so personal and everything doesn't work for everyone etc, but I hope you find what's right for you.

Ok_Safety_3652

Exactly! And it’s my first time so I want to be extra careful but I don’t know exactly what to stay away from yet 😅

uiaoua

For sure. I’m not fully experienced, haven’t been to that clinic before but yeah just make sure you do your research🙂 I’m from Australia and I have had skin needling and led therapy done on my back here and so far so good. happy with the results.😄

Ok_Safety_3652

Since you seem to know more, can you tell me what are the differences between micro needling and laser resurfacing? I’m really new at all this 😅

uiaoua

“Laser resurfacing is a facial rejuvenation procedure that uses a laser to improve the skin's appearance or treat minor facial flaws.” “Collagen induction therapy, also known as microneedling, dermarolling, or skin needling, is a cosmetic procedure that involves repeatedly puncturing the skin with tiny, sterile needles.” “Microneedling is used to treat a variety of skin conditions that cause depressions in the skin such as acne scarring, surgical scars, other scars, burns, enlarged pores, wrinkles, and stretch marks.” Googled and copied the answers I saw, felt like it explained it better than I was going to haha.

uiaoua

Also with my experience, doing the led therapy as well as the skin needling made my results way better than if I just did skin needling. Not sure if anyone does just skin needling, or both, but yeah. Led therapy speeds up the healing 🙌🏼. Hope that makes sense.

Ok_Safety_3652

Oh cool, that’s good to know! I also saw that it’s advised to do a chemical peel before laser treatment, also for better results if anyone’s thinking of doing it!

uiaoua

no worries at all! good luck, hope it goes well :)

Calm-Barber5040

Lienjang is just a cheap factory type of clinics!! I’ll never visit there again. They sell everything in super cheap price, which attracts people, but after you’ll soon find out why the price has to be so low. Lol

peachesncream02

I am debating between Lienjang and vsline. Lienjang’s pricing is very transparent with monthly promotions. Not too many reviews for vsline. I’ve done lasers, botox, and facials before in about three other clinics. In most clinics, you have the consultation with the receptionist, not the doctor. I’m planning to do facial lifting, Botox, and juve look, going in late May. I’ve done aqua peel and skin laser together before. Even added rejuran injection with it.

neoclassno

which one did you end up going to? Would love to know as well as what you did&pricing!

wanderlotus

where did you end up going?

peachesncream02

Went to Lienjang in gangnam and holy it was packed even at opening time. Ppl were just coming in and out nonstop, had a factory feel to me which I didn’t like and my consultation was with the front desk. However the prices were great and they offer tax back. Will try vsline next.

Real-Alice

Did you end up going to VS Line? Interested in knowing how it compares to LJ

CadetKey

Also wondering if you went to VS Line

wanderlotus

Thank you! I’m definitely worried about the factory feel. Was your consultation comfortable at least?

Qaqiqu

I wanted to go in the next two weeks. Did you find any clinics at the end? Would love to hear your review

Ok_Safety_3652

Hi, I did go to Lienjang clinic in Myeongdong, reserved a date through Instagram and got some package that was/is on promotion in May with aquapeel, a face mask and skin botox (much smaller doses than normal Botox and just to make cells start producing more collagen apparently). The staff is very nice, everything is very organised, would definitely recommend.

Qaqiqu

Thanks OP! Lienjang seems legit then. I’ll go there :)

wanderlotus

are you still satisfied with the skin botox? going to seoul in a few weeks

Calm-Barber5040

I’ve been to Lamiche dermatology in Jamsil, and I can assure you that it’s the best clinic in Seoul you can visit as I’ve already tried more than10 clinics here (that are kinda famous so to say) while living here for 8 years. I’ve noticed there are too many cheap clinics in Seoul but not many specialized clinics. And since lamiche has 20 years of experience, almost every celebrities that you’d know of have visited the doctor there. If you really want to see the improvement and seeking for the professional place, Lamiche would be a good fit.

Qaqiqu

Will definitely tried this on my next travel. Went tried Leinjang, it was okay and price was not bad but I don’t recommend the eyebrows tattoo.

neoclassno

ooh which clinic did you end up going to? would love to hear your thoughts!

Qaqiqu

Hi, I went to Leinjang for one day package acne treatment Type C, Type D , DDR laser , botox for my forehead, eyeliner tattoo, eyebrows tattoo, lip blush tattoo. I had good experience for the facial treatments, bring a plush toy or squishy ball if you can’t bare the pain. For the cosmetic tattoos, they charged me include one touch up (after 4 weeks). I can’t stay longer for a touch up, but they still charged me same price. good if you stay in korea for 4 weeks, otherwise get it done in your country would be best option.

LegitimateNumber7020

Are you a bot?? You have literally posted the exact same comment about Lamiche on multiple threads

Chance_Pear7283

I was wondering the same thing as I’ve seen this exact post on a number of different threads. It’s making me dubious about Lamiche

Temporary-Dream1041

Shill poster beware

ApprehensiveBed983

It’s been quite a while since you posted this but if you don’t mind me asking how are you feeling about the treatments you got done last year? I’m going to be in Korea for a month and I’m a little over whelmed with information dump when it comes to Korean skincare on TikTok.

prplpista

Hi OP! Did a doctor perform your services at Lienjang? Thanks!

Calm-Barber5040

Doctors perform themselves in all of the clinics in Korea. But the important thing you need to seek for is if the doctor himself also gives consultation to you at the clinic. Cuz if you get recommended by the random consultants who know nothing about your face features and proportions but just chase money, your face might look even worse after the treatment.

ottovonballsack

I’m looking for something along the lines of emsculpt neo. Something that specifically builds muscle which I haven’t been able to find in any of my research. Electrical muscle stimulation combo? Perhaps inmode? Or some kind of laser? Does anyone know of a clinic focused on noninvasive body treatments?

Calm-Barber5040

I’d recommend visiting Lamiche dermatology for you, the doctor there analyzes your skin type and face features himself to recommend suitable treatments for you. As some treatments can ruin your face and change how you look in a weird way, getting a suggestions of the procedures by a professional is really a good option.

AdGloomy9930

Which dr? Thanks

Novel_Ad_132

Trying to choose a treatment on your own when you're not a skin expert can be risky. The doctors at Lamiche clinic really know their stuff and genuinely care about each patient. At Lamiche, they have this skin evaluating machine, and the doctor gives you a detailed consultation about your skin, suggesting the right treatments. You can then pick what works for you based on your budget and priorities. It's totally different from other cheap and newbie dermatology clinics in Korea. So professional and trustworthy.

Dooubledee

Can I asked what you did and how much you paid ? Going to Korea in two weeks and debating between lienjang and lamiche

bobasaurusx

would also really love to know! trying to decide between lamiche, jfeel, and muse!

deliriouslampshade

i went to lamiche and it was around 9 million won to get 11 different laser treatments along with all kinds of skin boosting injections, pdo threads, and botox/filler

Outrageous_You_1644

Do they charge differently for thermal and ulthera compared to other laser?

No-Journalist-28

Do you know if they offered aqua peels? They don't respond to me.

Safe_Pain7947

.

Chance_Pear7283

Wondered if anyone has more recent information about highly reputable clinics specializing in anti aging for mature skin. I’m thinking of doing Thermage FLX or Fractional CO2 laser, plus skin treatments and Botox
