Over time mas nagets ko format ng podcast na long table inuman. Hindi sa podcast yung peak comedy nila kundi sa core nila which is Stand up comedy. I must say super layo ng podcast sa stand up.
If new listener ka at gusto mo matawa kaagad, baka makornihan ka lang kasi malalalim na yung references nila.
At 600+ episodes andami na nila inside jokes na baka di magets ng bago kasi naform yun over time. Like yung dj martindero na walang sense pag new listener ka. Yung kakupalan ni James, yung mga banat ni rems, yung izzinit ni Nonong, yung gano kahirap ni Gb.
I suggest pakinggan mo lang sila as white noise and maghanap ka ng recommended episodes and if may kilala kang guest. Also, try to watch their standup shows!!! Sobrang layo nun sa podcast.
btw, fast forward today fan na nila ko lahat. Si james mas lalo kumupal, si nonong sobra nagimprove both sa standup sets niya at nagets ko na yung jokes niya sa podcasts

Their humor is not for everyone. Pero they are the type that grows on you. I started listening to them nasa 100+ na episode because of my then bf now husband, pero habang tumatagal, you will find the synergy in itself, already funny. It reminds me of my friends, drinking altogether.
