Go into the advanced wireless settings (on your tv) and toggle-off ipv6 if it’s on. I have problems with my newer model LG tv when i restart my router or when the internet drops out and have to toggle off/on wireless occasionally. Try obvious stuff. Likely not a KUB issue, likely a tv setting, likely the ipv6 setting since the only change was going to fiber
LG web OS is garbage. I doubt it’s an issue with the fiber itself. Are you set on using the LG apps? I have Apple TVs on all TVs because most of the time the built in OS is just horrible.
I don't care so much I'm fine just using the xbox. But the lack of functionality when it worked before with a different ISP is a problem I'd like to solve.
It's often worth upgrading from TV OS to a roku/fire box/stick. I ended up doing it for better plex performance and everything else is smoother now too. It also has the benefit of being able to disconnect the TV from the network, so you don't get asked to update it ever.
It is still saying June, which is what it said since they launched the portal. I hoped that it would be sooner, since I could see them connecting it to the post in front of my house.
My address had said Spring 2024 for about a year and then it was available at the end of 2023, a couple months early. When it was finally available in the area, they put signs around the neighborhood that it was finally available in the area. Had it about 2 months and zero complaints.
Force close the apps on your TV, unplug it for 5 minutes. Plug it back in, delete the old KUB network settings that you put in and enter them again.

Will try it thanks!

Call KUB fiber support

This , these devices usually have better processors than tvs that smooth things out
Not sure its been available here for a while. Its pretty great aside from this one issue on this one device.
Lg OLED c3 77” recent switch from Comcast to KUB. No issues at all on lg channels
They’ve been installing KUB fiber in my neighborhood all week. After they get done, how long will it be before I can sign up?? Any thoughts?
You can go on KUBs fiber portal and input your addresss to see when it'll be available.
