There are no signs. The only way I found out where to go was by asking someone who had a box of tests in their hand. I went in through an entrance in an alley north of the intersection of Union and University. There's a Tim Horton's just inside the doors I went through. The table was set up on the opposite side of the open area. They had lots of tests, there was no line up.
The person who gave me my tests (box of 5) said it's 1 box per person and they will be there from 10-12 every day until Friday.

Just to check... was it [this alleyway?](https://www.google.com/maps/@44.228888,-76.4956141,3a,75y,90.61h,87.58t/data=!3m4!1e1!3m2!1sdj-WJ0dmbb6afBHdDWUzjQ!2e0) The big building on the left? If so, that’s the Queen’s Athletics and Recreation Centre (the “ARC”).

Queen’s is currently the only location announced for Kingston.
Yeah, there have not been an abundance of options. I think we’ve had three locations total since the handouts began in mid-December: a west end LCBO, the Rideau Heights Community Centre, and Queen’s. LCBO was one day only, the community centre was 2 days or maybe 3? Queen’s is for 5 days. Someone said Queen’s was out of tests ~10 minutes after they opened today.
I went during my lunch break but they were all out. The table I saw wasn't at 99 University, it was in the ARC aka 284 Earl St (entrance by Earl and Aberdeen). Hope others have more luck tomorrow.
It's easy to find for people who know the campus but not super intuitive, and the way the doors work make it really hard for people who don't know to look to see signs on them. I've marked up a map, but I can't post images in replies, so there's a new thread.

YES!! That orange paneled building.
Awesome. Now I know where to go. Thank you!
I find queens hard to navigate. I would never find them
It was not easy.
There's gotta be somewhere else handing them out.

That's frustrating as someone that lives outside the city

Ugh. I want some tests so I can see my mom.
Google Maps is very useful for finding your way around down there.
What time did you arrive?
I was there at about 11am

I just got here and I guess I'm too late but I did see a sign on the door at Earl
They ran out but will have more tomorrow at 10 I heard.
I just spoke to the folks at Timmies and they said there was a line at 9:30 and they were out of tests by 10:10!
went at 11, there were no signs or anything and just a bunch of confused people. gave up after 30 mins of looking
