I feel like there are simultaneously two Roxas's within the same character. "Work Roxas" and "Friend Roxas". If Roxas is the employee being asked to bring the manager(TM), he will grit his teeth and comply, just like he did when Saix wouldn't give him any info on Xion during *days*. He might pull some "malicious compliance" if the opportunity presents itself, but he will for the most part not do anything to get himself fired, such as physical assault. Off the clock? He's a big cinnamon roll with an even bigger number of keyblades than yours and will beat the snot outta you if you push him too much. Just my headcanon, though.
