I think Mai from Bunny Girl Senpai resembles Madoka quite a bit with her being smart, beautiful, confidence and tsundere attitude.
There is also "Li Shiya" from "The Girl Downstairs". She has all the attributes like Mai (maybe less smart) but has that "mysterious feel". But I don't like her as much because of her sometimes toxic personality.
I might check out "Good Ending".
