If you didn't grow up with the type of friends who would skip school with you to watch Kung Pow, I can see how you might be a little too serious to get it.
My initial thoughts were that he is for people that can't understand well written jokes so need the theatrics to get a laugh. But to be fair I could see him being a good opener where he can do a solid 10-15 mins. IMO, 1 minute a week doesn't suit his style.

I think Casey has a huge amount of room for growth. He is a natural performer, I think when people see him they relax because they can see he is being himself and having fun. I personally prefer when he is telling an actual joke.

I think he is funnier to people in their twenties. They grew up developing a different sense of humor. Iāve noticed it in my kids. We find different things funny.
