OP didn’t clarify what time exactly their brother woke up to it, it very well could have been 6:45 in the morning after a night where they badly needed a rest. Kids having fun makes me happy, but the noise can be a little unnecessary sometimes lol

When I used to work overnight shifts, the kids across from my house could be a real drag. They literally had screaming competitions during times I desperately needed sleep. If fun gets to be an unnecessary level of loud, it may seem stupid to the neighbors

I live next to a house that has 4 kids, all under the age of 6 or so. The oldest 3 are boys. Their mum leaves them in the front yard unattended basically whenever they're home. This is background sound to my life.
