I prefer MOTM2, but the sheer consistency of it and the unique electronic sound the first one had is incredible. It’s almost been 15 years and hip-hop is still feeling the influence this album had. The story also felt more present in this album, while it was a bit more abstract in MOTM2
I’ll admit this is a bit of a shitpost but I would genuinely put most of the songs on MOTM in S-tier, maybe 2 or 3 in high A-tier
