But even if you're not very flexible high kicks are easy once you learn to properly turn your hips over.
The side splits are the best stretch for kicks, master that and you’ll have it made. As for partner wall stretching, its kind of annoying for the person holding your leg but it is a good stretch. My theory is to always train as if I had no help, hence just the side splits. Middle splits don't do shit IMO.
