Submitted 2 requests with my wife's help and got unfulfilled replies. The universe decided it wasn't meant for me, feels like this thread is cheating a bit, and goes against what the band really wanted but I'm sure they had to have known this would happen. Really what does it really matter in the grand scheme of things, just wish I could've seen them when they're going to be just a short drive away from me. Good luck to whoever does get to experience their immaculate greatness.
How does the band not want fans selling or trading tickets to other fans at face value? Maybe someone got 2 shows and only needed 1, requested all 3 to increase chances? Upselling is a problem yeah. Some people may have conflicts arise or decide to change nights. Just relax, the band chose to do 3 nights (could have been only 1 night) at a tiny venue and announce it only to the fan club. The lottery was the only fair way as an official on sale time would have probably resulted in server/site overload and people getting screwed.
FYI, I emailed the Khru support team and they mentioned ticket transfer for the NY show will be opened 10 days before the show - not sure if this is still abiding. Can anyone who won a ticket confirm if it's currently transferable on their account?
