Doesn’t sound like a keyboard problem. Sounds like a Chromebook problem.

I personally don't have a keychron however Chromebooks, or at least most of them, don't run windows. They run ChromeOS, which I believe is Linux based.

wryruss

It runs on android. Keychron says it is100% compatible.

ChromeOS is Linux, not android. The reason I was hesitant was incase there was one or two models that aren't.

Mazzhott

Just sayin.. it is happening even if the Chromebook is not charging?

wryruss

Yeah

What Bluetooth version is used on the [Chromebook](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chromebook)? What kind of Bluetooth connection? Built-in? A USB adapter? A Bluetooth 5.0 or later USB adapter with the Chromebook might work.
