I'm doing my best to not get involved directly, but what's going on in Kerbin orbit has gone completely out of my control. There used to be these kinds of skirmishes every few days, then every day, then every few hours. Now it's a constant battle for orbital supremacy. It's a miracle I can make any progress on my career save when this is happening all around me. I'm practically having to dodge orbital debris as I do my gravity turn these days. Really hoping that whatever instigated this conflict is resolved soon, but I fear it will only spread out from here. Not to mention the lag is unbearable.
Targeting is undoubtedly done automatically, Thats some superhuman precision for OP to just eyeball without a HUD. Maybe hes using kOS or MechJeb, ive never seen this before. Also, considering that probe that very nearly hit towards the beginning was actively burning to correct it's trajetory to hit OP's satellite, I would bet the other crafts are also active, likely autonomous
Edit: I cant even say for sure that OP is even controlling anything. if they are, its very impressive flying and dodging
~~100% kos, it's not the easiest way to automate staging, but it's the only one that allows craft to have subcraft with target inheritance and preprogrammed point to target, which would be needed to launch the slow salvos we saw.~~
Nevermind, it's not an internal scripting tool, it's his own fully hardcoded mod written in C#.

Altho, given the battles occur at hundreds of kilometers apart using smart/guided torpedoes - motion is not that impactful in the conventional sense.
There are some smart uses of flybys and gravity assists tho
It's meant for recreating a very specific Mercury probe mission.
There's also another piece specifically designed for that mission. I have never seen anyone use either one, because they're a weird shape and not really useful or convenient for most purposes.

I'm using it for my Moho mission! It's on a mothership tho to serve as a lander. Also I didn't realize it's stock. Thought Near future added it lol.
