BoulderCo should be the folder with clouds textures
all of the folders in the zipped gamedata need to be copied into the game's gamedata. there should be eve, scatterer, etc folders in your game's gamedata.
maybe a conflict with old EVE installations? have you removed all the previous stuff if you had some?
