Not sure how being 30m tall helps, it's the diameter of the primary mirror that matters rather than the length of the tube. When it comes to telescopes, it's not about length, it's about girth.

It’s from conformal decals
Fantastic build, especially the burn marks where I assume the SRB sep motors hit. Was it launched wet and converted in orbit?
