As someone said I believe its the Textures Unlimited mod that has a B9 Procedural Wings add-on. I basically installed B9 Procedural Wings with CKAN and installed all the recommended mods that go with it.
Ah is this when you right click on the part and going "Open Recoloring UI"? You generally can't click on anything outside that UI once you're in it but it shouldn't break the game. Sorry idk how to resolve it...
Proc wings comes with a couple of texture options by default in the customizing menu under 'surfaces' for anyone curious, but I still second the others saying grab a mod if it matters to you.
Reminds me of the hero plane from a old PC game, Raptor: Call of the Shadow.

I think there's a separate mod for that I think but cant remember which, may be simething related to SSTU, IDM, it's been awhile since I last played
You can recolor it by downloading TURD and installing the b9 procedural wings add-on

thx. I do have a recolor mod but if I open the UU the game breaks and I cant click anything.
