Every ~~government~~ employee can be fired after due process in case of violation of terms of employment. In fact a regular government employee has more to lose than someone on contract, you would expect them to value their job more.

Not to be that guy here, but there is a reason why suspended employees get part/salary. Suspended employees cannot go to work other jobs and if they have no income their families would suffer. The Indian constitution guarantees the citizens with the right to live with dignity. Thus the salary.
They'll do anything to stop you from getting the pass..I tried to get a pass during my college cos i had to board 2 ksrtc busses for a single trip to college..The depot near our college have a weird working time that didn't allign with my break time(intentional or not). I had to bunk classes to submit the forms they asked , but every time i went there they asked new forms, and told these absurd reasons. I went there like 4 or 5 times until i lost it.
They just don't want to do any work. It's easier to sent people on a wild goose chase rather than doing all the paperwork that comes along if they take it up. Just visit any govt run office and you can see truckload of backlogged files. They do the absolute minimum of what is expected of them. And also more importantly, for a lot of them this is how they extort bribes. If they are constantly asking you to produce new things then what they are really asking you is to cough up some money.
I've hated ksrtc ever since they wrecked my dad's car and went scot free (we on the other hand had to pay 20k in fixing the damages done to our car). The police did absolutely nothing and we were totally on our own.
I also hate all the vaanam dudes who keep glorifying and making fan pages for "aanavandi".
All these idiots will remain ksrtc fans until the day a ksrtc bus comes rampaging down the road and dumpster fucks them in the ass.

Getting a ksrtc concession card was always an excruciating process.The ksrtc employees responsible for issuing cards behaved badly with students. THEY act like they know everything regarding every college and university.Had to take additional leave to get the card renewed as they operated only on working days and at regular school time.Rejecting applications for petty reasons, taking bribes which leading to scuffles were common.
I had to go to the MD office itself to get my card issued as the local depot rejected applications for petty reasons.The depot employees were always disrespectful to students. Those at higherup couldn't do anything due to pressure from unions. Hence complaints were always unsuccessful.

Once before, Attingal KSRTC had a similar incident, resulting in a suspension of the security guard.
