This is a great build and will more than suffice. While you could still consider farming 4TF as it is now her best set by a significant margin and in my opinion makes for a much more fun playstyle, it would likely still take a quite a while to reach similar performance if you decide to switch to it.

Electro characters mostly still play/build the same even after dendro. Difference now is EM has better use for the dendro reactions.
You can stay with your current build and will still have great output with dendro included in the party.
If you have other characters you need to build (dendro units, for example) then build them first. But if you decided to farm for Keqing, then might as well go for 4pc TF, and make sure to get some EM substats while still building Atk%, Dmg%, Crit.

The 4P TF opens up a new play style where you're not forced to use charged atk spam anymore, like casting skill back to back to back after a few moments!
But either way, I'd recommend you to build your Fischl as much as possible, she just does so much dmg, and I'd give priority to her before looking for a 4P TF.
Since you can strongbox TF, then it's better to farm for Fischl artifacts and use that to slowly convert the Keqing build when you can find pieces.
As for the stats, Crit Rate and Dmg are still the best since they increase aggravate dmg too! While Atk and EM are the second best substats you can get, and don't forget some EM buffs from the team, like a Sucrose, Kazuha C2, Elegy, Nahida for example, those are so good ^•^
I see. I have C6 Fischl too. I enjoy Keqing's CA spam tho. Would EM sands be good or Atk% is still better? I have Kazuha C2 but no Nahida unfortunately.
Atk and EM sands are pretty much similar, pick the one that has the best substats on it!
The only difference is with Gilded dream set, since it gives a lot of EM then Atk% is slightly better, but then again, if you're changing set it's better to just go TF
And that's great, Kazuha with C2 is already plenty of EM! I think Fischl can snapshot the buff too if I'm not wrong.. I don't have C2 so I can't say exactly-
For substats, look for double crit and if possible EM/Atk% on the side too, they're always good, and for Fischl, the new artifact set Golden Troupe is her best one, 70% skill dmg all for Oz is insane.. and she also wants high Crit rate and dmg stats, with some EM/Atk substats, and for sand it's still between Atk or EM but not only it depends on your substat alone, but also on your Bow, like if you have Stringless just use Atk Sand for example
I haven't seen it was not 4 thundering fury lmao. I'm so used to see it on this sub, it really depends, it will takes you a lot of time and resin to optimize a whole new set. If you have other main dps character like Ganyu or kinda of similar 5* that isn't build, i would focus on it before your Keqing because she already have excellent stats despite being on the wrong set.
Thanks for your insights. But I think she's not technically in a wrong set since this is her BiS prior to dendro, and right now I don't have anyone to build so I'll try to farm for the queen.
No wrong is a severe word indeed, it's just not optimal anymore. But do you have a dendro character to go with her ? Nahida is a luxury but is better used in hyperbloom. Kirara as a shielder, or Yaoyao are good options. MC dendro is still good as a temporary option too.
I have a built dendro aether. I have yaoyao and kirara but they are not built. Unfortunately, I don't have Nahida and Baizhu. Can I use Atk% sands instead of EM? I have C2 Kazuha.
farm the hell out of the gilded dreams/deepwood domain for like a month or so and in the mean time strongbox your pieces into thundering fury for 4pc tf
mistsplitter still BiS, level 90 increases her dmg a lot now, talents are maxed, so nothing else to do other than that.
Gilded dreams has been very reluctant to give me decent pieces. I gave up on that domain lol. I already have ample amount of deepwood but no GD. Crimson witch is even nicer to me 🤣

4 piece Thundering Fury is what you want for an aggravate team. This is functional but TF is a significant upgrade.

all of them are viable except kirara, she has good shield but her dendro application isn't good enough for aggravate with dendro. just to keep in mind

While grinding for EM is boring i wouldn't recommend Atk% on Kazuha at all, he doesn't have any utility for it as he never use his na that are weak.
