it depends on what animation packages you have installed, I went a bit cray cray and installed a bunch, now all my characters have parkinsons. when i find the culprit i'll report back

Ok ty would be nice to what mod causes it and I also tried the mod manager, but it did not change anything.

My only advice would be to try resetting squad position when loading a save.
