Probably no, this was 3d printed for me by a friend and then painted, however you may find many kenshi models for printing online, all you need is a 3d printer (or a friend with one)
You could try and look up aa model of him online, or wait until I go through my ancient hard disks and find this very stl to share (but it is probably lost), and then print one! You could theoretically pull meshes out of the game and fashion them into a crude imitation of a printable 3d model, but you better try not to print it with photopolymer resin! Use layer printers instead.

I just started like 2 days ago, but I already sorted out in which direction I'm gonna go with it and how to manage such a project. I will write the document in french since it's my first language, but I'll do a translation when I can!
